Last night I went with three sister missionaries to the Hostel to make reservations. While we were there they made arrangements to come back and answer questions about the church. These are cool missionaries. I found out that after they left our room last week they went around the floor singing. One couple came out of their room and asked if they could pray with them for their child. They ended up in the oratorio with 24 family members teaching them a lesson about prayer.

Ken got his hair washed for the electroencefalagrafia exam, and then found out that the machine was in Santiago for repairs. It was a nice hair wash though. They took the headboard off the bed and had him with his head over the portable potty. Good plan.
Today has been better. He ate all his chicken and his vegetable soup by himself. He is not talking much, but he is busy thinking.
The therapist came during lunch, so he went somewhere else. I hope he comes back soon. We have the potential for a good exercise session this afternoon.
I am going to Victoria in the morning tomorrow to sort things by myself. I hope things go well here.
Ken told me this afternoon that he is counting on me to keep track of his exercise progress. I told him that what he can do today matters more than what he could or couldn't do yesterday. He stood alone until he fell over. He walked to the sillon with the help of two women, light help. He stood up at the window for a long time. He walked back to bed with the same kind of help. He ate all his grilled chicken breast and soup. I said that once.
Good day, best day yet. Ken walked out in the hall twice and impressed everybody. He was the talk of the clinic. He also went to the window a second time with just my help.
